Key Performance Indicators
The Association monitors performance against predetermined targets in areas of operation. The results are scrutinised by the Management Committee and the Performance Management Group. A copy of the current quarter's results are available here.
Satisfaction Surveys
The Association undertakes the following satisfaction survey:-
- Level of Satisfaction with the Telephone Answering Service
- Level of Satisfaction with Responsive Repairs
- Level of Satisfaction with new home
- Status Survey
