Warwickshire Rural Housing Association exists to provide affordable homes for people in the villages and rural communities of Warwickshire. Since it was established, the Association has developed houses, flats and bungalows, both for rent and for shared ownership sales.
All the Association's properties are:
- Built to meet identified housing needs in specific locations.
- Designed to fit in with their surroundings, both in size and appearance.
- Let or sold through shared ownership schemes to people with strong connections to the local area, who could not otherwise afford to live there.
- Carefully managed and well maintained.
The Mission of WRHA can be summarised as follows:
“WRHA exists to provide affordable housing for local people within rural Warwickshire. It works with District and Parish Councils to ensure that its developments meet proven needs and have the support of local people.
The Association will explore every opportunity to meet these needs within affordability levels and to improve the service it provides to tenants”.
Midlands Rural Housing provides development, housing management and maintenance services to Warwickshire Rural Housing Association.
